TNA iMPACT Results And Review (9/25/25) – Next Stop: Victory Road

The Path to TNA Bound For Glory has been raging on. This long road until the October 12 PLE will have a last PLE stop: Victory Road tonight. So, many things could happen until Bound For Glory. This also includes TNA iMPACT and WWE NXT every week.

The iMPACT preview was clear. With four matches and two segments announced, the episode was more focused on Bound For Glory than Victory Road. Let’s Nygma-dive into the TNA iMPACT results, as there are some things to say about it (as always).

TNA iMPACT Results (9/25/25)

  • Cedric Alexander & X-Division Champion Leon Slater defeated The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz)
  • Victoria Crawford defeated Jody Threat.
  • Call Your Shot Gauntlet Qualifier Battle Royal: Mance Warner defeated AJ Francis, Killer Kelly, Léi Ying Lee, Mara Sadé, Matt Cardona, Rosemary, Ryan Nemeth, The Home Town Man, and Xia Brookside.
  • Mr. Anderson & TNA International Champion Steve Maclin defeated Frankie Kazarian & Jake Somethin.g

The Nygma’s View

Victory Road things

Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz of The Rascalz battled X-Division Champion Leon Slater and Cedric Alexander. Just one night before Myron Reed challenged Slater for the X-Division Title at Victory Road, he joined Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary. The action was fast and furious as Slater took out Wentz with a slingshot crossbody to the outside.

Alexander protected Slater from double team offense in the corner, then soared with a dive to the floor. Slater put Miguel away with the Swanton 450 to win. After the match, Slater went face-to-face with Reed. Nygma says: We couldn’t expect a nasty bout from The Rascalz, Slater, and Alexander. It’s a must-watch, fast, furious, with team spirit.

Joe Hendry vowed to remind Eric Young why the world chants “we believe” when they clash at Victory Road. Nygma says: Joe Hendry may have better remember he is a TNA guy before the NXT invasion starts.

Moose wanted to settle the score with Mustafa Ali man-to-man at Victory Road, with no System or Order 4 at ringside. Ali replied later that he accepted Moose’s challenge to leave their allies behind for the match at Victory Road. Ali added another stipulation: the winner will earn the Hardcore War advantage for their team at Bound For Glory. Nygma says: Sorry, but Moose will destroy Ali, and I will enjoy every single moment of it.

Focus on Bound For Glory

The Call Your Shot Gauntlet Battle Royal Qualifier was set to determine who would enter the Bound For Glory match at #20 and #1. Mara Sadé, Matt Cardona, The Home Town Man, A.J. Francis, Mance Warner, Xia Brookside, Léi Ying Lee, Killer Kelly, Rosemary, and Ryan Nemeth were the competitors. Rosemary blinded Francis with the green mist before the rest of the field eliminated him.

Ryan Nemeth pulled both Cardona and Home Town Man off the apron to eliminate them. It came down to Mance Warner and Léi Ying Lee as they both secured their spots in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet. Warner scored the final elimination, winning the #20 spot and handing the #1 spot to Lee. Nygma says: There will be 18 other people involved in the match, so Lee and Warner will smile later.

Mike Santana came face-to-face with his struggles and obstacles on his path to becoming the TNA World Champion. Nygma says, “Never given, always earned.” That’s so true. I let you watch this one because, as usual, TNA’s cinematic orchestra made visual miracles.

TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella presided over The Final Negotiation between The Hardys and Team 3D ahead of their last showdown at the biggest event of the year, Bound For Glory. Both duos shared tremendous respect for each other as perhaps the two greatest tag teams of all time.

They reminisced about their previous encounters, and upped the ante for one last match at Bound For Glory: it will now be a Tables Match for the TNA World Tag Team Championship. Nygma says: Tables are not a surprise; the World Tag Team Championship is one. Question: Where are the ladders?

And more

Following their confrontation on Mentor U last week, Victoria Crawford and Jody Threat went one-on-one. As I supposed, Tessa Blanchard made her comeback and appeared at the top of the ramp. Crawford capitalized on the distraction, scoring the victory with an axe kick to Threat. Nygma says: Threat deserved the win. Expect Threat and Gia Miller to face VixTess at Bound For Glory.

Frankie Kazarian and Jake Something were confident ahead of their tag team match against TNA International Champion Steve Maclin and the returning Mr. Anderson. Despite competing in the iMPACT Zone for the first time in over nine years, Mr. Anderson performed exceptionally well. Something and Kazarian didn’t try to interfere or distract. In the end, Maclin put Kazarian away with the KIA.

The Nygma’s Last Word(s)

I was a bit puzzled about this episode. In the end, it was so damn good. The Hardys and Team 3D, together in the iMPACT Zone, it was awesome. Leon Slater, Cedric Alexander, and The Rascalz still find ways to blow our minds after all that time. Mr. Anderson was still in excellent shape, but Steve Maclin was his perfect ally.

The TNA cinematic orchestra is back with these video segments I adore, and Santana’s one was stunning. Ali and Moose will face one-on-one, without any Order 4 or the System’s member interfering. It’s a very good thing. Then, “Ali Almighty” can find help outside of Order 4…

The name “After The Bell” may have disappeared, but the Nygma spirit of the pieces will never disappear. If you want a dishonestly honest Nygma point of view, you’ll always find it here. Tonight is Victory Road, so I’ll see you tomorrow with the review and the taping spoilers. Until then, may the Nygma be with you. That’s all for this week’s TNA iMPACT results.
