Masha Slamovich Domestic Violence Allegations – Everything We Know (So Far)

Masha Slamovich is currently at the center of controversy after her ex-boyfriend Akira’s friend shared a post on Twitter alleging domestic violence against Akira. It’s been only a few days since the allegations were made public, and came shortly after Pro Wrestling Illustrated published their Top 500 list, where Masha was placed #25.

Here’s everything fans should know about Masha Slamovich’s domestic violence allegations.

Akira’s Friend Jasmine First Posted About These Allegations On X

On September 23, 2025, Akira’s friend shared a post on X where they called Masha an “abusive piece of s**t who feels entitled to everything” with a Dropbox link that contains screenshots of text messages allegedly between Akira and Slamovich.

There were also several pictures showing Akira’s bruises and scratches.

Akira’s Statement Regarding This Situation

A few hours after the first post was uploaded on X, Akira also addressed the whole situation. Akira didn’t mention Masha by name in his post, but he did talk about her indirectly. Akira thanked his friend, roommate, and fellow wrestlers, such as Dale Patrick and Simon Gotch, for being there for him all this time. He also talked about trying to end it all on three occasions (something that’s also mentioned in the Dropbox folder), due to the alleged abuse he suffered in his relationship.

Wraith Alleges That Masha Slamovich Was Abusive Towards Akira

Wrath (Akira’s roommate and friend) also commented on this situation on his X account recently. He said there were instances where Slamovich would allegedly scream at Akira for hours past midnight and physically assault him.

He also said that she allegedly threatened to “put [him] in the hospital” or get “f***ing killed.”

When Jasmine’s post first went up, Wraith had claimed that Slamovich was abusive towards his family as well.

TNA & Other Wrestling Promotions Have Cancelled Masha’s Upcoming Appearances

Considering the amount of heat Masha Slamovich now has on her, many promotions have pulled her from their shows. TNA, for instance, is no longer advertising Masha’s match against Ash By Elegance for the Knockouts Championship at Victory Road.

Indie promotions such as Prestige Wrestling and West Coast Pro Wrestling have also canceled her upcoming appearances. It seems like Masha also won’t be showing up in NXT, as Fightful Select reported that the company currently has no plans to involve her in the TNA Invasion angle.

TNA Is Currently Doing An Internal Investigation

Shortly after this story made headlines, Sports Illustrated’s Jon Alba reported that TNA had begun an internal investigation against Masha Slamovich regarding the domestic violence allegations. A spokesperson for TNA told SI:

“We take any allegations like this very seriously, and have begun an internal investigation.”

Masha is a former TNA Knockouts Champion who first signed with the company in 2019. Her future in TNA remains uncertain for now, with Fightful reporting that her contract is also expiring soon.

Masha Slamovich Responds To The Allegations

Masha Slamovich has also addressed the domestic violence allegations made against her via an X post. She said this would be her “only statement” on this.

In her post, Masha said she was in a “toxic and mutually destructive relationship.”

She took accountability for things and apologized to everyone. Akira’s friends, however, don’t believe her apology was genuine. Wraith even denied Masha’s statement regarding her relationship being mutually destructive.
