On Saturday, TNA Wrestling filmed matches and segments for upcoming episodes on the path to Bound For Glory in Baltimore, MD. Here are the complete TNA iMPACT spoilers from the August 16 tapings, with a few surprises. It seems like Trick Williams’s opponent for the TNA World Championship at TNA Bound For Glory has been chosen, but the match has yet to be signed.
TNA Wrestling Spoilers – Xplosion & iMPACT! (7/24/25)

- Brian Johnson defeated Jake Painter
- Léi Ying Lee defeated M By Elegance (w/ The Personal Concierge)
- The Home Town Man defeated Mance Warner
- The System’s JDC defeated “Captain Canada”
- TNA World Champion NXT’s Trick Williams came out for a promo. He explained that wearing the title upside down is turning everything here upside down. Mike Santana came out. He said he doesn’t care if it’s in TNA or NXT, he is going to Spin the Block and beat Williams for the title.

New #1 contender for the TNA Knockouts World Title
- #1 Contender Gauntlet for TNA Knockouts World Title: Xia Brookside pinned Killer Kelly. Dani Luna was out next. Luna pinned Brookside. Rosemary was out next. Luna pinned Rosemary. Indi Hartwell was out next. Hartwell pinned Luna. Luna attacked Hartwell afterwards. Jody Threat was out next. Luna grabbed a chair and tried to attack Hartwell, but Threat intervened. Luna knocked Threat out and hit Hartwell with the chair for the apparent DQ. Jody Threat won because she was hit with a chair first, although technically, Hartwell was disqualified.
- Ryan Nemeth came out for a promo. He said his brother will be back in two weeks.
- Frankie Kazarian defeated Jake Something.
- Mustafa Ali & The Great Hands (John Skyler & Jason Hotch) defeated The System (Moose & Brian Myers) & Matt Cardona. During the match, Tasha Steelz threw Alisha Edwards into the steps, and Eddie Edwards came running out. He fought through the Secret Service, but Agent Zero took him out. Post-match, Order 4 continued the beatdown on Cardona until JDC ran in for the save. He cleared the house until Agent Zero hit him with a powerbomb. The Secret Service held Moose at ringside and made him watch the beatdown.

WWE Heatwave talks
- TNA Knockouts World Champion NXT’s Jacy Jayne was out for a promo hyping their match at WWE Heatwave (which means that segment will air on August 21, as WWE Heatwave is live on August 24). Ash by Elegance and the Personal Concierge came out. Ash said it should just be her vs Jayne at WWE Heatwave. Masha Slamovich came out. She said she’s going to beat them both.
- Mike Santana & TNA International Champion Steve Maclin defeated Trick Williams & AJ Francis. Post-match, Williams attacked Santana, but Maclin made the save.
- Eric Young defeated Myron Reed.
- The IInspiration (Cassie Lee & Jessica McKay) defeated NXT’s Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley & Jazmyn Nyx).
- Ryan Nemeth came out for another “big brother” (Nic Nemeth) update, but Eddie and Alisha Edwards came out to interrupt him.

TNA Bound For Glory talks
- Eddie Edwards (w/Alisha) defeated Ryan Nemeth.
- Trick Williams was back out with his lawyer to complain about Santana attacking after the earlier match. He said he doesn’t have to defend the title for 50 days, according to his contract (which means no title defense at Victory Road). TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella said Bound For Glory is over 50 days away. Marella was about to make the match when the lawyer interrupted, but Marella hit him with The Cobra.
- Tasha Steelz defeated Mara Sadè. Post-match, Order 4 attacked Sadè, and Agent Zero clotheslined her. Matt and Jeff Hardy made the save.
- TNA World Tag Team Champions Matt & Jeff Hardy defeated TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater & Cedric Alexander. Post-match, Mustafa Ali’s Secret Service ran in to attack all four guys. Joe Hendry was out for the save.
