In an interview with Last Word on Pro Wrestling and WorldWide Wrestling, Harley Hudson, one of the newest TNA Knockouts, talked about many subjects. This includes being a TNA Wrestling Knockout, being signed with Myla Grace, the upcoming TNA Slammiversary, and her dream TNA match. At only 22, the TNA 2023 Gut Check winner has the wrestling world in her hands, with nothing to lose and plenty of dreams to fulfill.

Signing with TNA Wrestling
“I’ll just say it’s quite surreal. Obviously, the goal is to be signed, be with a bigger company, and be on TV. That’s what you imagine when you first start wrestling, that’s what you like to imagine, the dream to be. So, it’s amazing that I’m actually getting to do it and be out there. It is weird seeing yourself in the ring where you’ve watched like other people be, do you know what I mean? So, it’s really interesting that I’m in there and I’m doing it.
Signing the Same Day as Myla Grace
“Signing the same day, it was just sort of a coincidence. It’d obviously scouted her, and they’d seen me from the 2023 Gut Check. I think it sort of worked out really well. Obviously, I’d wrestled her previously in the UK before any of the TNA thing was sort of a thing for us. I’d already faced it twice, and that sort of brought us together.
“We found out that both of our debuts were going to be wrestling each other. I was really happy to get to work with someone from almost home, that was a really nice moment. It was nice that we got to share that moment together. Since then, we’ve gone on to start a team up together, which I think is really because I feel like we complement each other well and it’s nice to share that experience with someone that you knew previously, if that makes sense.”

What Happened After Her TNA Wrestling 2023 Gut Check Win
“With me being from England and trying to get over to America, there was a lot of like visa sort of thing, so that was a big part of it as well, just getting all the sort of boring stuff, sorted the paperwork and all that. It sounds quite strange, but I’m grateful for how long it took because it gave me so much time in England, the UK, and other countries in Europe to get the best and decide to portray myself.
“I think, in the time from Gut Check till just before going to TNA, I’d had over 250 matches, wrestled as much as I could, training at the gym. I tried everything to elevate myself. I’m sort of grateful that it took two years to get there, and I think that it sort of built me going. I’m like quite a big believer in everything happening for a reason. So I wouldn’t sort of change any of it. I’d have it happen the way it happened.”
The Road to Slammiversary
“Slammiversary is going to be an amazing show. I can’t say just yet what that entails for me, but I know that no matter what, it’s going to be a great show. And that’s the main thing. And if you look at the Knockouts division, any combination of any girl in any matches is going to be a great night, and it’s going to be amazing to watch.”

TNA Wrestling in her early life
“I remember my brother showing me some of it when we were younger, but I think I’d seen matches when I was a lot younger, but I only started to really appreciate it once I started training, because you’re able to go back and watch matches and then look at it from a wrestler’s perspective and see all these different things. I remember when I first started training, a lot of the matches that I watched were Gail Kim and Awesome Kong, because they were obviously talking to me. These are some matches you should go back and watch and study how they did, and the size difference. As I’ve grown up, I’ve kept in touch with the product and seen how that develops, especially now with the crossover with NXT. I don’t think there’s a better time to be involved with TNA.”
The UK family of TNA Wrestling
“It’s great having Dani Luna there. I knew Dani Luna before TNA as well. So it’s nice to know that she’s there. She’s helped me out a lot. Even if it’s just with things to do with flights and everything, there have been a few times we’ve been at the airport together, like she knows what she’s doing and I can just sort of follow her and be like, “Oh, yeah, Dani knows.” Joe Hendry and Leon Slater are there as well, which is good because it’s familiar faces.
Her favorites TNA Knockouts and wrestlers
“Gail Kim, of course. There are TNA wrestlers who have wrestled in other places. It’d be hard to talk about TNA for me and not talk about Kurt Angle because I just love Kurt Angle anyway, and I love watching him. From a wrestler’s perspective, Kurt Angle is the one to learn from. AJ Styles is also a really good wrestler.”

Dream opponents and dream matches
“I have a couple. I’d really love to wrestle Dani because I’ve already. I’d really love to wrestle Tessa Blanchard because I feel like she’s someone who could really test me in the ring. I think that a match with her, like it does with other people, would bring out the best in me, and I would like to see how that would play out. I’d love to wrestle her. I’d love to wrestle Xia Brookside in a singles match. I wrestled her before as well, so that would be nice. I’d love to wrestle Xia in a British rounds match on TNA.
“Rosemary, I’d love to wrestle her. She’s been there for such a long time. Being involved and rubbing shoulders with people who are much more experienced than you is always good. So, even if she’s quite scary, I would like that. In fact, I could say anybody, there’s not one girl that I’m not excited to get in the ring with. So I think that’s a really good sign.”
In one year…
“I will be one-half of the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. I believe that. With the way things are going with me and Myla, I think that’s a big goal of ours to get there. Whether it’s in a year, whether it’s shorter, or whether it’s longer, I think that’s our goal at the moment. From where we are in the division, and how we’ve come in, I think that’s the one that’s the one we’re aiming for.”
