WWE SmackDown this week saw Asuka and Alexa Bliss fight it out for one of the only two slots in the WWE Queen of the Ring tournament, which will culminate at Night of Champions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The match began extremely hectic, with both of these women trading strikes and high-octane moves.

Back from the break, these two have not let up one bit. At the end of this match, Bliss was in a great position to hit Twisted Bliss. However, Bliss decided not to go through with it, thinking Asuka was playing possum and she’s going to get caught in a submission hold. Even with that decision, Asuka still managed to catch her in a submission. Fortunately for Bliss, she got out of it quickly.
Bliss would once again go for Twisted Bliss, but Asuka got the knees up. With Alexa incapacitated, Asuka would go for the Empress Impact, securing her finals spots in the Queen of the Ring tournament against Jade Cargill or Roxanne Perez.
