WWE WrestleMania 41: Becky Lynch Returns, Wins Title

Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria had next to no time to prepare for their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez at WWE WrestleMania 41, especially Valkyria. Two weeks ago on WWE SmackDown, Bayley and Valkyria ran the gauntlet against five other teams, coming in at number one, to earn their shot for the titles.

Unfortunately, Bayley was taken out of the equation ahead of this WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match. Fortunately for Lyra Valkyria, she had the second-best thing, maybe even the best backup of all time, in the form of Becky Lynch to assume the role Bayley unintentionally left.

Suffice it to say, the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch made the most out of it. Once rivals turned to on-the-spot, impromptu tag team partners, the duo didn’t have long to get acquainted with one another. But as the WWE Universe all saw on this night, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez fell to the talent and resiliency that these two showcased in this “show-stealer.

Becky Lynch looked like she didn’t miss a beat after being out for almost a year. As cliché as it is, “The Man” was back and better than ever. Everything happened so fast in this match. Before the WWE Universe knew it, the energy brought by Lynch’s return took them right to the end of this fantastic women’s tag match.

After a Manhandle Slam to fierce rival Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch had them dead to rights, capturing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles with Lyra Valkyria, AKA “Lyra Two Belts,” on WWE WrestleMania 41 Sunday.

This is Lynch’s second reign with the title and the first for Valkyria, making the latter a double champion. A historically good bout that involved the WWE has the best to offer resulted in a WWE WrestleMania 41 moment for a returning Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria, your #AndNEW WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion.

How’d you find the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Classic at WWE WrestleMania 41?
