Hirooki Goto vs. David Finlay

Having overcome personal tragedy and career setbacks, Hirooki Goto finally sits atop NJPW as the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion. David Finlay, fueled by his desire to exact revenge and his recent New Japan Cup 2025 victory, looks to reclaim the gold.
With the highest prize in NJPW on the line, this is not just about the gold – it’s about proving who truly deserves to be at the top. Finlay has vowed to end Goto’s fairytale story prematurely, but Goto is determined to continue to be proof that perseverance pays off.
Will the ‘Rebel King’ rewrite the ending, or will the ‘Revolution’s heart and determination push him to another emotional triumph?

Yota Tsuji vs. EVIL

Yota Tsuji and EVIL’s story has been filled with chaos, grudges, and high stakes for two years. HOUSE OF TORTURE has been running rampant in NJPW, and Tsuji has made it his mission to stand against their underhanded ways.

Following a controversial New Japan Cup tournament victory over Tsuji, EVIL made it his intention to claim the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship for himself. Tsuji agreed but dared EVIL to let the Los Ingobernables de Japon EVIL show up instead.

So, will EVIL oblige and revisit his bruiser days, or will the relentless rule-breaking nature prevail?

House of Torture vs. War Dogs

The long-brewing Bullet Club civil war reaches its boiling point at Sakura Genesis as the War Dogs’ Taiji Ishimori, Drilla Moloney & Gabriel Kidd go up against HOUSE OF TORTURE’s SHO, Yujiro Takahashi & Ren Narita. For months, the HOUSE OF TORTURE has tried to erase the War Dogs from Bullet Club. This has led to a series of no-contest brawls and disqualifications during the New Japan Cup tour.
The War Dogs are ready to pry the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team Championships away from HOT by force. This is more than just a fight for the titles though, this is for Bullet Club dominance. Expect the chaos to be turned all the way up in this match.
