This week’s edition of AEW Dynamite saw a return in the form of Christian Cage. He returned following a match between Jungle Boy and Brian Cage, with Christian’s eyes set on Jungle Boy.
Christian Cage Returns to AEW to Confront Jungle Boy

Jungle Boy picked up a victory over Brian Cage by the celebration was short-lived. As Jungle Boy was headed back up the ramp Christian Cage’s music hit. Chrisitan Cage appeared for the first time in AEW in months and attacked Jungle Boy. He then took the sling off of his shoulder showing he was healed from his injury.
Christian Cage last had a match in AEW at All Out in September of 2022. He had a match with Jungle Boy which he won after Luchasaurus jumped Jungle Boy during Jungle Boy’s entrance. Cage previously managed both Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus before turning on them. Luchasaurus also turned on Jungle Boy setting up a feud between the two. The feud culminated in a steel cage match at Revolution 2022.
Cage appears to be picking up where he left off after being written off of TV shortly after All Out. The industry veteran still has unfinished business with Jungle Boy and wants to have the final word in the feud between the two.
