WWE announced that its flagship show Monday Night Raw will celebrate its 30th anniversary on January 23, 2023, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Tickets for the event will go on sale on Friday, November 18, giving them a few months to sell out the major show.

The episode will serve as the go-home show for the WWE Royal Rumble, which is scheduled for Saturday, January 28. WWE Raw premiered on January 11, 1993, so the date has been manoeuvred a little to celebrate the anniversary as the go-home.
The previous anniversary show, when WWE celebrated Raw 25 in January 2018, was a special episode held across two locations. That show was held in New York City at the Barclays Center and the Manhattan Center, the latter being the original home of WWE Raw.
