On October 12, AEW is hitting Canada for the first time. As a result, they’re looking to make a big splash for their first-ever episode of Dynamite in Canada.
In an already announced match, Chris Jericho will defend the Ring of Honor Championship against a man synonymous with that title, Bryan Danielson. Also, Billy Gunn will be in singles action in a rare television match against Swerve Strickland. Swerve is mad about Billy Gunn helping The Acclaimed win the Tag Team Championship with his help.
Rounding out the card announcements made on Dynamite, Luchasaurus, and Jungle Boy will go one-on-one. After years of being a tag team, Christian Cage has gotten in between these two men, and now, Luchasaurus has turned his back on his former friend, and Jack Perry is coming for revenge on October 12.
There is sure to be more announced between this week’s live AEW Rampage and Battle of The Belts special, but for now we have three major matches on the docket.
