Ethan Page vs. Danhausen, Matt Hardy vs Darby Allin and More Set For 9/16 AEW Rampage

AEW Rampage - Samoa Joe vs Josh Woods

Here’s what is on tap for Friday’s Rampage.

AEW Rampage Card Announcements

First, Samoa Joe is set to compete for the first time in nearly two months as he is set to defend the ROH Television Championship against Josh Woods. Both men had a standoff in the ring on last week’s Rampage.

Also, Darby Allin is scheduled to face Matt Hardy in a singles match. Hardy called out Allin for being a daredevil in a promo on Dynamite. Which could be Hardy’s way of helping Allin avoid some of the missteps his brother made for wrestling such a similar style.

Furthermore, Ethan Page will meet Danhausen in another singles match. The two confronted each other backstage on tonight’s Dynamite after Page assaulted Luigi Primo, which led to the match being made.

Last, Penelope Ford will look to get back on track as she faces Willow Nightingale in a one-on-one match. Both women look to be in or around the TBS Championship title picture and could propel themselves to contention with a win
