Bryan Danielson Out of Forbidden Door and Blood and Guts

The go-home edition of AEW Dynamite for Forbidden Door is off to an eventful start. AEW advertised Bryan Danielson would address his Forbidden Door status live from Milwaukee Wisconsin. Danielson opened the show to announce that due to injury he will be pulled from Forbidden Door as well as Blood and Guts.

Bryan Danielson Removed from Forbidden Door and Blood and Guts

Reports have circulated from multiple sources including Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful that Danielson was injured and was questionable for Forbidden Door. Those suspicions were confirmed tonight by Danielson himself. Danielson was scheduled to face Zach Sabre Jr. at Forbidden Doon and to be part of the Blood and Guts match scheduled for June 29th against the Jericho Appreciation Society.

Danielson announced that he has hand-picked a replacement opponent but will not reveal it to Sabre Jr. or to fans until it is match time. He also promised he has a suitable replacement to take his spot in the Blood and Guts match. Zach Sabre Jr. then made his way to the entrance ramp to stare down Danielson.

Danielson promised his hand-picked replacement will be technical enough to take down Sabre Jr. and also be able to take out Chris Jericho and the rest of his team next Wednesday in Detroit at Blood and Guts.
