AQA Signs With All Elite Wrestling Following Dynamite Debut vs. Jade Cargill

AQA is All Elite

AQA is #AllElite. The Reality of Wrestling-trained wrestler has officially signed with All Elite Wrestling (AEW), as announced by AEW President Tony Khan on Friday.  Khan commented on the signing, calling her a “shooting star,” going along with her Shooting Star Press finisher that has made her gain popularity in the United States. AQA made her AEW debut this past Wednesday night on Dynamite as she challenged Jade Cargill for the TBS Championship.

AQA began her career in 2018, getting trained by Booker T at his school. It was at the start of 2021 that she signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Renamed Zayda Ramier, her most notable match came when she defeated Toni Storm in her very first singles match on NXT. She’d only have three more matches before being released on Nov. 4, 2021. AQA’s AEW debut match against Cargill received rave reviews as she showed her impressive ability inside the ring. She’d hit the Shooting Star Press, giving Cargill the first scare of her title reign thus far. She joins Keith Lee, who also debuted this week, in signing with AEW.

The future is bright for AQA, who will now join the talented AEW women’s division.
