Keith Lee, Ember Moon, B-Fab & Others Released by WWE

Keith Lee NXT Unification

In what has become the norm for wrestling fans news has broken that WWE has released a large number of talents on the same day as their latest Quarterly Earnings Report. Former double champion of NXT Keith Lee is likely the most high profile name on the list which also features former NXT titleholders like Ember Moon and Karrion Kross. The current list of known releases is as follows:

Keith Lee Released From WWE Alongside Over A Dozen Other Talents

  • Keith Lee
  • Mia Yim
  • Nia Jax
  • Harry Smith
  • Karrion Kross
  • Scarlett
  • Ember Moon
  • Eva Marie
  • Franky Monet (fka Taya Valkyrie)
  • B-Fab
  • Gran Metalik
  • Lince Dorado
  • Katrina Cortez
  • Trey Baxter (fka Blake Chistian)
  • Jeet Rama
  • Oney Lorcan
  • Zayda Ramier (fka AQA)
  • Jessi Kamea

There are some really surprising names on this list like former women’s champion Nia Jax who has been a regular fixture on the company’s programming for many years now, similarly, Keith Lee was a history maker in NXT who seemed primes for success after his Survivor Series moment with Roman Reigns. Talents like Trey Baxter and Zayda Ramier will likely go right back to killing it on the independent scene while we expect a name like Keith Lee to be All Elite sooner rather than later.

While it is never good to see anyone lose their jobs the professional wrestling scene is alive and well so we hope everyone released can have a successful career post-WWE.
