Predicting The WWE Hell in a Cell Card

Hell in a Cell Bobby Lashley vs Drew McIntyre

Hell in a Cell is two weeks from Sunday and the card is beginning to shake up. As two matches are announced already on the Raw side, here’s a prediction as to what the entire card should look like based on current stories taking place on television.

Universal Championship: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jimmy Uso inside Hell in a Cell

Roman Reigns is fed up with Jimmy Uso. That has become clearer and clearer as the week’s gone on. From the “Nobody’s B–ch” shirt to Jimmy taking his brother Jey Uso from Reigns’ side, it has become a lot. With their opportunity to win tag team gold coming Friday night, that may be the time Reigns fully snaps on Jimmy. It was last year that Reigns utilized Hell in a Cell to make Jey fall in line. There’s no reason he doesn’t do the same this time around with Jimmy. It only seems right at this point.

WWE Championship: Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre defeated Kofi Kingston to become the number one contender for Bobby Lashley‘s WWE Championship once again. While there is no word as to whether or not this will be contested inside Hell in a Cell, it certainly feels as this will be the last encounter between the two, no matter who wins.

SmackDown Women’s Championship: Bianca Belair (c) vs. Bayley

Bayley will not stop until Bianca Belair loses the SmackDown Women’s Championship. After losing at WrestleMania Backlash, Bayley has been asking for a do-over as Belair’s use of her hair to pin Bayley has been seen as cheating in the eyes of “The Role Model.” These two have been telling a great story on SmackDown and they are destined for one final match in two weeks. It may not be official yet, but this seems to be a guarantee.

Raw Women’s Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Charlotte Flair

A WrestleMania 36 rematch, nearly to the tee. The only thing different this time around is that it will be for the Raw Women’s Championship. Rhea Ripley has been finding herself as of late on Raw, but Charlotte Flair is looking to do what she has done so many times before — become champion. This one will be physical and will go down to the wire.

Seth Rollins vs. Cesaro inside Hell in a Cell

There is not a match or rivalry more deserving of being contested inside Hell in a Cell than the one between Seth Rollins and Cesaro. Rollins has become obsessed with “The Swiss Superman” since before WrestleMania and has not let go of the losses that he has suffered since. “The Architect” is looking to break down Cesaro once more and has even threatened to end the career of Cesaro. This match not only would steal the show but be a must-see for everyone if they do enter the cell.

United States Championship: Sheamus (c) vs. Ricochet vs. Humberto Carrillo

Both Humberto Carrillo and Ricochet pulled off pinfall victories over the United States Champion Monday night. Sheamus is not going to let that go. “The Celtic Warrior” has made it his mission to make those who get in his way pay, so Carrillo and Ricochet may both get a shot at gold because, for one, they earned it, but two, Sheamus wants that payback.
