NJPW Legend Satoshi Kojima To Make IMPACT Wrestling Debut Next Week

Satoshi Kojima at IMPACT Wrestling

It was announced on Thursday night that a legend was heading to IMPACT Wrestling very soon. That legend is none other than New Japan Pro Wrestling‘s Satoshi Kojima. Kojima joins FinJuice‘s David Finlay and Juice Robinson as well as El Phantasmo as the NJPW talent continues invading IMPACT.

Kojima has seemingly done it all in the world of professional wrestling. Kojima debuted back in 1991 for NJPW and has competed all around the world. Along with NJPW, Kojima has been a member of All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) and Pro Wrestling NOAH as well. The legend is a two-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion, two-time Triple Crown Champion, former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, former MLW World Heavyweight Champion, and seven-time IWGP Tag Team Champion. When it comes to Kojima, there is no one really bigger than that. The 50-year-old battled with KENTA at Wrestle Kingdom 15 earlier this year, coming up on the losing end but reminding the world that he still indeed has it.

Kojima even posted a photo on his Twitter account, hyping up the appearance:

With the Slammiversary logo behind him, fans have to have some hope that the Japanese legend could be around to make an appearance for the major event. While little has been said on what he will exactly be doing in IMPACT, but with the prestige and ability like his, you know it will be meaningful.
