AR Fox Trainees Liam Gray & Adrian Alanis Debuting on AEW

Liam Gray & Adrian Alanis

On the upcoming episode of AEW Dark: Elevation The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens & Max Caster) return to tag team action as they take on the debuting pair of Liam Gray & Adrian Alanis.  Gray and Alanis are both students of independent veteran AR Fox who fans may recognize as members of the Skulk in EVOLVE Wrestling.

Liam Gray debuted in 2017 and briefly teamed with AEW’s Lee Johnson on the independent scene.  Despite debuting in 2017 Gray made his way on to EVOLVE cards mid-2018 mostly teaming with Alanis in tag action or taking part in Skulk antics.  In 2020 Liam Gray competed in WWE as an enhancement talent on NXT and 205 Live.  Adrian Alanis has a similar tale as he debuted in 2017 before making his way to EVOLVE in mid-2018, before that he mainly competed for World Wrestling Alliance 4.  In EVOLVE Alanis had a varied run with some stretches as a singles performer, some spells teaming with Leon Ruff, and some time teaming with Gray. Like Gray, Alanis has competed on both NXT and 205 Live as an enhancement talent.

With EVOLVE closed down the two have mainly found work as a tag team in ACTION Wrestling and now get the chance to wrestle The Acclaimed in AEW which could prove to be a big opportunity for the two.
