WWE 205 Live Card – (3/5/21)

205 Live

Things are absolutely heating up in the land of the high-flyers. The OG’s of the Purple brand has drawn the line in the sand. Not to be outdone, the new blood of the brand is more than willing to take on the challenge. The past few weeks have been eventful, to say the least. Rivalries are heating up as well as partnerships possibly coming to their end. No matches have been announced as of yet, But nevertheless here’s a speculative preview on what’s to come on the 205 Live card.

King of the Cruiserweights

Legado Del Fantasma made their presence known in a big way on the latest edition of NXTSantos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, and Raul Mendoza would attack Breezango and Ever-Rise before their match even began. A statement was made as they beatdown both teams. Escobar declared that the team is as good as ever regardless of what happened last week with Karrios Kross. Will the trio wreak more havoc and will it be on the Cruiserweight brand of WWE?

An Ever-Ending partnership?

Speaking of Ever-Rise, it was another week of disappointment for the duo. But last week it was in the hands of the undefeated Mansoor and “The Lone Star” Curt Stallion. Everything was going smoothly for Matt Martel and Chase Parker up until their “friends” The Bollywood Boyz would interject themselves into the match. Sunil and Samir Singh were probably just trying to help as they cheered on their cohorts. But as the match progressed they would try and give them the edge over Stallion and Mansoor, as the boys would hand Ever-Rise a weapon. Knowing they will be disqualified if they used it, they did away with that weapon.

That momentary lapse cost them the whole match as Mansoor would roll up Parker for the win. If BollyRise wasn’t on edge the past month they must be now. What will be the fallout from this demoralizing defeat? Maybe fans will find out this week.

205 Jive Jiggys into a Win

August Grey would exact revenge on the OG’s of 205 Live last week. Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari thought they could get away with the same plan and overwhelm the purveyor of “205 Live Jive”. But Grey had other plans, as he had a backup in the form of Jake Atlas. Daivari would attempt to interfere on behalf of Nese but to no avail. Atlas had Grey’s back and yanked “The Persian Prince” off of the apron. Nese would try and level August but he missed and missed hard. Grey set Tony up for the So Much Prettier and would hit it for the win. This has been brewing for weeks and many feel the war is just starting. Don’t dare miss it because it’s personal now more than ever between these four.
