#AndNEW: Natsupoi Wins the High Speed Championship in Stardom

Natsupoi wins High Speed Championship

In the opening match of Stardom’s All-Star Dream Cinderella event, Natsupoi shocked the world when she defeated AZM to win the High-Speed Championship, a belt Natsupoi has been targeting since her return to Stardom last Summer. Following a long feud that featured Natsupoi being consistently unable to defeat AZM in tag team action for months, it began to look as if she would need a miracle to defeat the High-Speed Ace in singles action. She was ultimately able to overcome those odds and win the belt after hitting a Straight-Jacket German Suplex to secure the victory.

Natsupoi’s title win here marks her second championship win in her career, having won the International Princess Championship over in TJPW back in 2019. On the other side of the ring, AZM held the belt for 220 days, defending it in incredible matches against Kaori Yoneyama, Starlight Kid, and Mei Hoshizuki. After carrying the High-Speed Divison on her back for well over a year now, it is unknown if AZM will be aiming to reclaim for High-Speed Crown or if she will move on to bigger and better things further up the card.

The Battle between the two former Azumi Army members was an incredible start to the show and was a fitting end to AZM’s incredible High-Speed Championship reign.
