Impact Championship Wrestling (ICW New York) continues to emerge as one of the top indie promotions in New York City and they prove it again on Saturday night with Respect the Game, airing live on IndependentWrestling.tv at 8pm EST. A real diverse cross section of matches from the extreme to the high flying to the heavy hitting, topped off with a surefire comedic classic! Marko Stunt is also scheduled to appear, and Ring of Honor’s Marty Scurll will be in the house for a Meet & Greet! Heads up for those attending live, the venue has been moved to the Knights of Columbus building at 106 Bergen Ave in Ridgefield Park, NJ!

Pinkie Sanchez (w/ Riley Madison) vs. Jake Atlas
East Coast vs West Coast action! Pinkie Sanchez is a 15-year pro of the East Coast circuit, who started out with Jersey All Pro Wrestling (JAPW) and has had big stints with CHIKARA, Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) and more. The New York native faces one of the top emerging stars of the US indie scene and product of the West Coast indies in “Superstar” Jake Atlas. The PCW ULTRA Lightweight Champion is a star in the making and destined for an even bigger 2020.
Jimmy Lloyd vs. Tony Deppen vs. Facade vs. Joe Gacy
Big fatal four way match, featuring a nice mix of styles. “The Different Boy” Jimmy Lloyd is the Prince of American Hardcore who is turning into a solid big man on the US indies. Tony Deppen continues to have a breakout year after being a gatekeeper in GCW and CHIKARA the past year or so, as he gets ready to enter his first Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) Battle of Los Angeles. Facade is a longtime veteran of Pennsylvania’s International Wrestling Cartel (IWC) who is having a great resurgence in 2019 so far with his high flying majesty. Former 2x CZW World Heavyweight Champion Joe Gacy is a tough hombre who has found success with EVOLVE Wrestling in the past year. Four different fighters who are masters of their craft will make for an interesting and unpredictable match-up.
Rich Swann vs Grim Reefer
This should be an aerial clinic as two generations collide in mid-air. Grim Reefer is a 20-year veteran of the NY/NJ indies with the likes of JAPW, New York Wrestling Connection (NYWC), GCW, House of Glory (HOG) and more, and even 20 years in can still fly high. Rich Swann is a former IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion and WWE Cruiserweight Champion, and continues to marvel since his departure from WWE last year.
Nick Gage vs Dan Maff
Two mean men are going to be out for blood on Saturday night, as GCW World Champion and King of American Hardcore Nick Gage collides with a man-beast in Dan Maff. These men both speak the same language – violence – and will not be shy when it comes to making the other man bleed.
Homicide vs Chris Dickinson
A legend of the New York scene, Homicide is celebrating 25 years in the industry this year and the former ROH World Champion and IMPACT Tag Team Champion is still going strong. He’s facing one of the best all-around grapplers in the US indies in the “Dirty Daddy” Chris Dickinson, who has been one of the aces of Beyond Wrestling and EVOLVE Wrestling for years now.
Daisuke Sekimoto vs. Eddie Kingston
Other matches may get bloodier, but not many will be as hard-hitting as this one. ZERO1 World Champion and Big Japan Wrestling legend Daisuke Sekimoto is a juggernaut of power and he continues his current US tour with a stop in New York City to take on one of the US indies’ toughest competitors. Eddie Kingston has given out beatings around the world and the “Mad King” from Yonkers is a former CZW World Champion, CHIKARA Grand Champion, IWA Mid South Heavyweight Champion and reigning Glory Pro Crown of Glory Champion has been taking no prisoners for nearly 17 years now.
Independent Wrestling Championship, 2-out-of-3 Falls Match: Orange Cassidy vs. Kikutaro
Orange Cassidy is 48 days into his second reign as IWTV’s Independent Wrestling Champion and he faces an equal adversary in the Japanese legend Kikutaro. A long time veteran from CHIKARA, Cassidy has emerged as one of the hottest stars in the US indies in 2019. He’s facing off a Japanese legend in 25-year pro Kikutaro. A master of comedic wrestling, he relocated to Las Vegas a few years back and has become a US indie darling as well. These have faced off once before – Cassidy beat him last December at GCW The Dynasty – but this time there’s gold on the line and the stakes are even higher!
