Defiant No Regrets Rumble 2018: Who Entered?

Defiant Wrestling made their return to Newcastle’s Northumbria University Students’ Union tonight for what proved to be a monumental No Regrets iPPV. New champions were crowned and a new General Manager was named. As for the No Regrets Rumble Match itself, there were several surprises in store for the fans. From returns to debuts, it was a star-studded match.

Let’s take a look at all 30 entrants that were out to earn a Defiant Championship match at Built to Destroy!

1. Joe Hendry – Making his return from competing in the Commonwealth Games. Eliminated El Ligero (Prestige version), Kay Lee Ray and David Starr. Eliminated at number 29 by Martin Kirby. Runner-up for the second year in a row.

2. David Starr – Eliminated WALTER, TK Cooper and Justin Sysum. Eliminated at number 27 by Joe Hendry. Made it to the final four.

3. Team Hendry – Two security guards selected by Joe Hendry earlier in the show. Eliminated at number 1 by WALTER.

4. WALTER – Second match of the night after facing Travis Banks. Eliminated Team Hendry. Eliminated at number 2 by David Starr.

5. Defiant Women’s Champion Millie McKenzie – Second match of the night after facing Kay Lee Ray. Eliminated at number 5 by Prince Ameen and Lana Austin.

6. Chris Brookes – Eliminated at number 13 by Mark Haskins.

7. Prince Ameen – Eliminated Millie McKenzie. Eliminated at number 7 by Gabriel Kidd.

8. Jack Sexsmith – Made his Defiant Wrestling debut. Eliminated at number 6 by Simon Miller.

9. Defiant Internet Champion Travis Banks – Second match of the night after facing WALTER. Eliminated at number 4 by Doug Williams.

10. Amir Jordan – Eliminated No Fun Dunne. Eliminated at number 8 by Gabriel Kidd.

11. No Fun Dunne – Second match of the night after facing Martin Kirby. Eliminated at number 3 by Amir Jordan.

12. TK Cooper – Made his Defiant Wrestling debut. Eliminated at number 9 by David Starr.

13. Lana Austin – Eliminated Millie McKenzie and Little Miss Roxxy. Eliminated at number 16 by El Ligero (Prestige version).

14. Doug Williams – Made his Defiant Wrestling return. Eliminated Travis Banks. Eliminated at number 17 by El Ligero (Prestige version).

15. Simon Miller – Made his professional wrestling debut. Eliminated Jack Sexsmith and Drake. Eliminated at number 11 by Drake.

16. Gabriel Kidd – Eliminated Prince Ameen, Amir Jordan and Alex Gracie. Eliminated at number 26 by Martin Kirby and El Ligero (Mexican Sensation version).

17. Justin Sysum – Eliminated at number 25 by David Starr.

18. Drake – Eliminated Simon Miller. Eliminated at number 10 by Simon Miller.

19. Defiant Tag Team Champion Mark Davis – Second match of the night after facing Jimmy Havoc and Mark Haskins. Eliminated at number 12 by Inflatable Lykos.

20. Little Miss Roxxy – Eliminated at number 15 by Lana Austin.

21. Inflatable Lykos – Made his Defiant Wrestling debut. Eliminated Mark Davis. Eliminated at number 14 by Mark Haskins where he was pronounced dead after a deadly knife attack.

22. Mark Haskins – Second match of the night after facing Aussie Open. Eliminated Chris Brookes and Inflatable Lykos. Eliminated at number 18 by Lucas Archer.

23. El Ligero (in his Prestige gear) – only person to enter the match twice. Eliminated Lana Austin and Doug Williams. Eliminated at number 19 by Joe Hendry.

24. Kay Lee Ray – second match of the night after facing Millie McKenzie. Eliminated Jimmy Havoc. Eliminated at number 23 by Joe Hendry.

25. Alex Gracie – Made his Defiant Wrestling return. Eliminated at number 24 by Gabriel Kidd.

26. Lucas Archer – Made his Defiant Wrestling return. Eliminated Mark Haskins. Eliminated at number 21 by Jimmy Havoc.

27. Defiant Tag Team Champion Kyle Fletcher – Second match of the night after facing Jimmy Havoc and Mark Haskins. Eliminated at number 20 by Jimmy Havoc.

28. Defiant Hardcore Champion Jimmy Havoc – Second match of the night after facing Aussie Open. Eliminated Kyle Fletcher and Lucas Archer. Eliminated at number 22 by Kay Lee Ray.

29. Martin Kirby – Second match of the night after facing No Fun Dunne. Eliminated Gabriel Kidd, El Ligero (Mexican Sensation version) and Joe Hendry. Winner for the second year in a row.

30. El Ligero (in his Mexican Sensation gear) – only person to enter the match twice. Eliminated Gabriel Kidd. Eliminated at number 28 by Martin Kirby.

Martin Kirby now goes on to challenge Rampage (or whoever the champion may be) on Sunday, June 17th at Built to Destroy 2018.

No Regrets will be available to watch on Access Defiant in the coming days.
