Jadarian Price was the 32nd pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, where the Seattle Seahawks selected him as the 2nd RB. What is Jadarian Price’s dynasty outlook as he joins the reigning Super Bowl Champions?
Dynasty Outlook for Jadarian Price
College Production
Price was the backup running back behind the number three overall pick, Jeremiyah Love, for two seasons at Notre Dame. They were both backups in 2023 behind Audric Estime. Even with limited opportunities, Price made the most of them, topping over 650 yards in each season, and had 11 rushing touchdowns last season. He averaged 6.0 yards per rush during his collegiate career, which is great efficiency.
Price would have been the starting running back on any other team; he was just behind the best running back in this class. The one downside to Price is that he provided almost no production in the passing game, catching just 15 passes across three seasons. However, Love is a great pass-catching back who was out there in those scenarios over Price. Price was never the workhorse back in college, leading to concerns about whether he can do it in the NFL.
Jadarian Price is the first RB in NFL Draft history to be drafted in Round 1 or Round 2 and never reach 125 touches in a single CFB season.

Seattle Seahawks Landing Spot
The Seahawks only had four picks coming into the Draft, so many experts thought they would try to trade out of the 32nd overall pick to gain more draft capital. They could not find a trade partner, so they stayed and took the 2nd Notre Dame running back on the night. This is an excellent landing spot for Price. The Super Bowl LX MVP Kenneth Walker IIIsigned a deal with the Chiefs, while Zach Charbonnet is coming off a torn ACL that he suffered in January.
Charbonnet should return at some point during the season, but it is unlikely he will be ready to go for Week 1. Additionally, players, especially running backs, usually take it slow to get back to full strength. Charbonnet is a free agent after this season, meaning Price could win the job this year and then keep it. The Seahawks brought in Emanuel Wilson to join George Holani, but Price should be able to beat both of them out for touches. Price will enter Week 1 with a shot to be the starting running back for a team that just won the Super Bowl.
Price Dynasty Value
According to KeepTradeCut, a website that crowdsources dynasty values from players who use the site, Price is the RB25. He was the RB30 on Draft Day, so expect that to continue to rise. He is ranked behind Bhayshul Tuten, RJ Harvey, and Derrick Henry, while ahead of Kyle Monangai, Zach Charbonnet, and D’Andre Swift. I would want Price over any of those running backs right now.
Price Dynasty Rookie Draft
Just like in the NFL Draft, Price will be the 2nd running back taken during dynasty rookie drafts. The only surefire receivers who will be drafted ahead of Price are Carnell Tate and Jordyn Tyson. In non-superflex leagues, the range for Price starts at 1.04, and in superflex leagues, it starts at 1.05. No 1st round rookie saw their fantasy and dynasty stock rise more than Price did Thursday night.
Price Dynasty Outlook
This is an amazing dynasty outlook for Price, going to one of the best landing spots possible for him. He can win the job starting in Week 1, and even if he has to split time with Charbonnet later in the season, Charbonnet will not be at full strength and is a free agent after this season. We can see Price leading the Seahawks backfield for the next couple of years.
