The Massena, New York native had two goals and four assists for six points in 41 games last season. He averaged 14 minutes, 33 seconds of ice time in the 2025-26 campaign. Bogosian had a Corsi for of 44.1 and a relative Corsi of -6.3.
The veteran defenceman has 66 goals and 183 assists for 249 points in 970 career games. Atalanta originally drafted him in the first round, third overall of the 2008 NHL Draft. Bogosian had a standout career in the OHL with the Peterborough Petes.
He’s also represented the United States at the international level. Bogosian only played on the 2009 squad at the IIHF World Championships, where he got one assist. That United States squad finished fourth in the competition.

What It Means
The 35-year-old may be in the latter stages of his career. However, he still could provide some useful minutes as a bottom-pair defender on a team. Bogosian can also be a solid person in the locker room on a team with younger blueliners.
The veteran defender has battled injuries in the last few seasons, but he will do all the little things on a team. He’s looking for another Cup before he calls in a career. This could be a decent under-the-radar signing for a team.
