Team News, Form and Predicted Line-Up

As for the R’s, they have two wins, two draws and two defeats from their last six league games, ending that run with a goalless draw at Stoke at the weekend. They are also without a win in any of their last five away games. Despite that, they have a respectable record on the road with four wins and four draws from 14.

Rumarn Burrell is the top scorer for the visitors with ten Championship goals, but he will miss the game with injury. Will Lankshear leads the way for the U’s with seven in all competitions.

The U’s are without a handful of players, including Tyler Goodrham, Przemyslaw Placheta and loanee, Jamie Donley. However, new signing Jamie McDonnell is in contention to make his debut after signing from Nottingham Forest.

In addition to Burrell, the R’s are without Ilias Chair, Ziyad Larkeche, Kwame Poku, Koki Saito, Harvey Vale, Jake Clarke-Salter and Liam Morrison. Jonathan Varane is also a doubt with a knock.

Oxford are without a win in the last five meetings against QPR, losing four, but did draw the most recent encounter at Loftus Road. Four of those fixtures came in West London, with QPR victorious in their last visit to Grenoble Road in what was Des Buckingham’s final home game in charge of the U’s.
