Arsenal Predicted Lineup vs Manchester City
How Arsenal Have Lined Up Recently
Arteta has been consistent with his formation so far this season, lining his team up in a flexible 4-3-3 formation. Against Athletic Club in the Champions League, Mikel Arteta’s team lined up with David Raya in goal, with Jurrien Timber and Riccardo Calafiori starting at full back. At centre back, it was Cristhian Mosquera and Gabriel Magalhaes, with William Saliba not quite ready following his ankle injury against Liverpool before the international break.

In midfield, it was Mikel Merino, Martin Zubimendi, and Declan Rice. In the wide areas, it was Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze, with Viktor Gyokeres starting in attack.
Arsenal Injuries and Absentees to Consider
In the pre-match press conference, Arteta gave updates on the availability of Ben White, Bukayo Saka, and Martin Odegaard: “If there is a chance, it will be after tomorrow’s session because they haven’t done anything yet, so we’ll have more information tomorrow.”
On the head injuries sustained by Mikel Merino and Gyokeres, and if they will be fit for Manchester City: “Yes, they’ll be fine.”
On if William Saliba could make the starting lineup, Arteta said: “Let’s see, obviously he’s been carrying an injury, he’s done really well to be available for the last match and he’s really pushing it, so we will decide tomorrow who is the best to start.”
