How Liverpool Have Lined-up Recently

Two changes were made to Liverpool’s starting lineup vs Wolverhampton Wanderers, compared to their previous 11 vs Everton.

Alisson Becker started in goal as usual. Andy Robertson started at left-back whilst Trent Alexander-Arnold returned from injury to displace Conor Bradley. Ibrahima Konate and Virgil van Dijk are the first-choice in the middle of defence.

Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis Mac Allister were joined by Dominik Szoboszlai in midfield.

Luis Diaz moved from striker to left-wing, with Cody Gakpo out with a knock. Diogo Jota was the centre-forward with Mohamed Salah on the right.

Liverpool Injuries and Absentees to Consider

Liverpool currently have a few injuries.

As mentioned, Gakpo was out with a knock for the game at the weekend but could return for this midweek outing. Meanwhile, Joe Gomez was substituted with an issue in the FA Cup defeat against Plymouth Argyle and is likely to still be out.
