Manchester United Predicted Lineup vs Brighton for January 19

Following a hard-fought 3-1 win over Southampton on Thursday night that came after FA Cup progression away at Arsenal and an encouraging draw against Liverpool at Anfield, Manchester United will look to confirm their upturn in form with a tricky-looking home Premier League fixture against Brighton. Here is your Manchester United predicted lineup for the clash.

How Manchester United Have Lined-up Recently

André Onana has started most league games in goal for Manchester United, with Altay Bayindir playing a starring role in a rare appearance in the cup win over Arsenal.

Matthijs De Ligt and Lisandro Martinez have lined up together in Ruben Amorim’s three-man defence of late, with Lény Yoro starting against Southampton and Harry Maguire at the Emirates. At wing-back, Noussair Mazraoui, Amad Diallo and Diogo Dalot have taken the reins of late.

Kobbie Mainoo and Manuel Ugarte have been the regular midfield pairing, with Bruno Fernandes and Alejandro Garnacho as the attacking midfielders. Despite his struggles and the return to form of Joshua Zirkzee, Rasmus Hojlund has so far kept his place as the starting number 9.

Manchester United Recent Form and Tactics

Following a wretched run of four straight defeats in all competitions, the Red Devils are now unbeaten in three games, two of which were daunting prospects of Arsenal and Liverpool away. With the next three league fixtures including the likes of Brighton, Fulham and Crystal Palace, Amorim will hope to see his side put points on the board and lift the team into the top half of the Premier League table.

Manchester United Injuries to Consider

Luke Shaw, Mason Mount, Jonny Evans and Victor Lindelof are all unavailable for the Brighton fixture due to injury. Diogo Dalot will make his return from suspension following his red card at Arsenal.
