Notable Changes
As expected with a European match on Thursday the manager has swung the axe and made wholesale changes to bring back in the regular Premier League starting unit. Despite the strong performances of Pedro Neto and Christopher Nkunku any changes involving them starting are likely to wait until after the international break when everyone is fresher.
Tactically this is likely a return to the fluid and more stable 4-2-3-1/4-3-3 after using a very aggressive 3-2-4-1 in the Conference League that saw Veiga at left back push high into midfield.
