How it Impacts Manchester United

With the Italian journalist posting Fioretina’s likely newest signing, the Red Devils must feel good about their chances to sign Amrabat before the day ends. Romano himself stated that it was the expectation that the Moroccan would move to Manchester following the Maxime Lopez development.

The 25-year-old Lopez has a lot of experience in Ligue 1 and now in Serie A. His prospective new side would be getting a capable footballer who still has plenty of good years left in him. United, meanwhile, would immediately spring for the 27-year-old Amrabat if and when the first signing is made.

United’s Transfer Window

Erik ten Hag’s side have had their share of successes and failures in the market this Summer. The purchase of Rasmus Hojlund is arguably the biggest, although his injury has prevented him from showing their fans what they paid so much for.

Injuries to various positions, most notably those at left-back, have left the squad depleted. Ten Hag, even if he manages to sign Amrabat, might do well to ensure every position has the proper depth in case of another injury.

Red Devils’ UCL Draw

In their return to the Champions League this campaign, Old Trafford will get to host Bayern Munich, Galatasaray, and Copenhagen. The Turkish and Danish clubs should not prove that difficult to get past, but at the current moment, United are not capable of besting the German giants.
