Romano adds that Saka’s new contract will be a five-year deal that will be valid until June 2028. It’s also stated that it’s only a matter of time before the deal is made official as the Englishman agreed to the terms of the new contract almost two months ago, with no changes to the agreement ever since. The Gunners are expected to announce the contract extension imminently, which is guaranteed to be celebrated wildly within the Arsenal fanbase because of how popular he is now.

He’s been praised as “phenomenal” for having such an impressive season. Saka, who reportedly earns £70k-per-week thanks to his latest Arsenal contract, is also set to be in line to become Arsenal’s highest-paid player with a whopping salary of £300k-per-week thanks to his latest deal. Irrespective of whether that is the case or not, Arsenal fans will love to have a skilful, impactful player like Saka for years to come and hope he can keep them competing for (and winning) major trophies going forward.
