Tottenham Chairman Daniel Levy to Decide Stellini’s Future
Spurs had only appointed the 48-year-old Italian coach as their interim manager last month after deciding to fire Antonio Conte following his wild outburst at the players following the 3-3 draw against Southampton. However, Stellini has failed to impress, only winning one of their last four games and suffering embarrassing losses to Bournemouth and Newcastle recently.

Romano adds that the decision will be upon Spurs Chairman Daniel Levy over what to do with Stellini, whether it comes to keeping him until the end of the season or letting him go with just seven more Premier League games remaining this season. The club are holding internal talks to decide the best possible way to handle the situation and find a solution quickly before their next game against Manchester United on Thursday night.
Who Could Replace Stellini as Spurs Manager?
Even though the Lilywhites are currently searching for a permanent successor to Conte, with ex-Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann being a potential candidate to take over the role, they might need to find a quick-fix option to replace Stellini if he is sacked.

Romano adds that Ryan Mason is the current favourite candidate to become their next interim manager until the end of the season. The ex-Spurs midfielder is currently a part of the coaching staff at the club and operating as an assistant coach, but might get a promotion and get to manage the team for the final games of the season. For the time being, however, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy hasn’t totally decided on what to do with Stellini – but he will make a decision soon to try and save Spurs from having a totally embarrassing end to the season.
