Carlos Bacca Essential for AC Milan

On Sunday, August 21st viewers of the well-known Italian soccer league, Serie A, will be returning to their comfort zones. Family gatherings on Sundays (or Saturdays) must be rescheduled until further notice –or until your supporting team faces a bye week– forget the sunny beach days, forget the do-nothing Sundays, because reality just hit you right in the face and the weekend routines are back on live TV! Vacations are over, summer is over, children are back in school and the dreadful rituals are back in play. What a bummer right? Heck no! Not for Serie A lovers. We can start hibernating in our man caves once that first whistle blows at the beginning of the games, which all start at 20:45 (2:45 PM EST).

Carlos Bacca Essential for AC Milan

All promising teams with high expectations like AC Milan, with their newly appointed manager Vincenzo Montella. They are set to start the season against Torino FC, whom finished 12th in the previous season. They haven’t made any major changes in the team throughout the transfer window due to the fact that they are an essentially young team with young-spirited coaches.

Carlos Bacca’s Impact on the Team

The 29-year-old Colombian, Carlos Bacca, made such an impact for Milan’s offence playing alongside Jérémy Ménez and Czechoslovakia’s number 19, Juraj Kucka. Unfortunately there have been rumours of Bacca leaving Milan to head towards the Eastern part of London with West Ham. Milan’s top scorer in the 2015/16 season, Bacca, achieved the “Top Scorer of the Team” award. He lead the team in goals with eighteen and ranking sixt in assists with three. His ambition, as any other player, wishes to play in the UEFA Champions League and substantially win one. The Rossoneri clearly haven’t made the Champions League since the 2013/14 season. The players and evidently the fans are balked of the failure of Milan’s effort to secure a European berth.
