Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure has picked up an injury.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano reports Doucoure has sustained a stress fracture on his foot.
The injury will see him out for around six to seven weeks.

Everton Confirm Injury
Everton have released the following statement on evertonfc.com confirming the news: “Everton can confirm that Abdoulaye Doucoure has suffered a stress response in a bone in his foot sustained during Sunday’s match against West Ham United.
The French midfielder is being assessed by the club’s medical team at USM Finch Farm and is undergoing further investigation to determine the full extent of the injury.
Contrary to reports, Doucoure will not require an operation.”
Doucoure Injury Another Setback for Rafa Benitez
Doucoure’s injury represents a further setback for Everton boss Rafa Benitez. The Spanish coach is already without midfielders Andre Gomes and Fabian Delph.
The Everton midfielder has been in fine form for The Toffees this campaign, scoring twice and assisting four in eight Premier League appearances.
Only Manchester United’s Paul Pogba has provided more assists in the league this season.
Midfield is not the only area Everton have struggled with for injuries this season. Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been out for two months and is not close to a return, whilst Richarlison is closing on a return from injury.
They have not managed too badly in those absences though, sitting eighth in the Premier League table, just five points off the top. Everton have won half of their games, losing just twice.
The fixture list will no doubt soon get tougher for The Toffees, who have only faced Manchester United of the ‘big six’ but did manage to hold the Red Devils to a 1-1 draw.
Everton will face Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal within the space of a month from November 7 to December 6.
