Bournemouth midfielder Nnamdi Ofoborh has re-joined Wycombe Wanderers on loan for the rest of the season.
The midfielder played an instrumental part in Wycombe’s promotion to the Championship last season. He now returns to Adams Park hoping to help the Chairboys survive relegation.
Ofoborh is Wycombe’s third signing in this transfer window as Gareth Ainsworth looks to bolster his squad.

Ofoborh Has Played Just Three Minutes of Football for Bournemouth
The midfielder impressed in League One last season with the Chairboys. It was hoped he could break into the Bournemouth having stayed with the club during the first half of the season. However, he has managed just three league appearances equating to three minutes of football.
Ofoborh returns to a place he knows well. The midfielder was instrumental during Wycombe’s promotion campaign, making 25 appearances. He was part of the side which beat Oxford United in the League One play-off final and remains a firm fans favourite.
He could make his second debut for the club against Birmingham City tomorrow evening – a huge game in Wycombe’s season which they need to win. They are going for the league double over the Blues
Gareth Ainsworth Delighted To Bring Ofoborh Back
Speaking to the Wycombe website about his new signing, Ainsworth said: “ We know what Nnamdi is all about and we’re really pleased to bring him back here.
“There were a lot of clubs interested in signing him, but Nnamdi enjoyed his time with us last season and knows there’s a great opportunity for him to develop his experience further by coming back and helping us over the second half of the season.
“He’s got all the attributes to become a top-class central midfielder, as we saw last season with his ability at both ends of the pitch, and I know he can also fill in in defence which could prove to be useful.
“We have strong competition for places all over the pitch now, with the signing of Jordan Obita last week and players returning from injury, and now we’re really looking forward to getting stuck into this busy schedule of fixtures in February and picking up as many points as we can.”
