Southampton have approached Liverpool over a deal to sign defender Neco Williams, reports Sky Sports.
There is also interest from Fulham and Nottingham Forest in the Premier League, while Dutch side PSV Eindhoven are also said to be keen on a loan deal.
Liverpool will only listen to permanent offers for the Welshman and reportedly want up to £20 million for him.

Heavy Interest Following Liverpool Addition
Since the rumours of Liverpool’s interest in Calvin Ramsay, it has been expected that Williams would look to leave the Reds in search of regular first-team football.
Now that Ramsay’s move has been confirmed, rumours around Williams’ departure have gathered further pace.
Fulham were the first to be credited with interest after the 21-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan there, winning promotion from the Championship.
The Cottagers are still said to be the favourites, but Nottingham Forest and Southampton will provide stiff competition in the race for the youngster’s signature.
Saints right-back Tino Livramento is expected to miss the rest of the year after a horror injury back in April, thus creating interest in Williams from Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side.
Forest, meanwhile, are looking for a replacement for Djed Spence, who looks to be on his way to Tottenham Hotspur after spending last season on loan at the City Ground.
The newly-promoted side have also been boosted by the news that manager Steve Cooper has agreed a deal in principle over a new contract with the club – his current deal, which he signed when he took over last September, runs until 2023.
