Robert Cornal

Robert Cornal is a NYC-based writer and dedicated fan of professional wrestling since the age of 7. Graduating from SUNY Purchase College in 2022 with a dual Media Studies/Anthropology BA, Robert applied his insight with his senior thesis " Grappling Arts: A Handbook of Professional Wrestling, From the Perspective of a Mark." The compilation of 26 essays explored professional wrestling as an artform, lore, and through other lenses. In 2022, Robert joined the industry as an online content writer for the Las Vegas-based Future Stars of Wrestling. His duties saw him recap several FSW events featuring noteworthy independent stars of the southwest and beyond. He later joined Wrestling Inc. as a Features Writer, compiling various listicles which would be adapted to videos on their YouTube page. Still an avid fan, Robert can be found at various pro wrestling events across the NYC metro area.
