When the AEW Dark: Elevation card was announced for April 12th Andre Montoya was just one of the new names on the card. Andre Montoya is not a name many will know but the Chilean veteran has 16 years of experience under his belt and could have a big debut against PAC and Fenix of the Death Triangle.

Andre Montoya performed in Chile as just Montoya or Chico Montoya with his main home being Revolucion Lucha Libre (RLL) where he was a four-time RLL Regional champion, a five-time RLL Tag Team champion, as well as RLL Undisputed champion. He also branched out from RLL competing for LEGION, MAX Lucha Libre, Distrito 57 Lucha Libre, and a whole host of other companies. He won titles in a few other companies but his main success was with RLL where he debuted in 2005.
Andre Montoya has been wrestling Florida recently for Coastal Championship Wrestling which is likely why AEW brought him in. When Montoya competed on AEW Dark: Elevation he will be representing the Chilean wrestling scene against some of the world’s best, lets hope the veteran is up for the challenge.
