The Story So Far: World of Sport is a weekly column that catches you up on the previous weeks of WOS and its storytelling, so if you miss a week (or what to just jump into the show for the first time), you have a summary of where the storylines are at and where they’re headed.

World of Sport Episode 4 Recap:

Kay Lee Ray and Bea Priestley No Contest. Viper and Ayesha Raymond made their presence felt as all four women brawled after a very quick match.

Will Ospreay defeated Martin Kirby, a great match as expected from these two.

Grado Davey Boy Smith Junior defeated Robbie X and Crater.  Crater left X alone as Grado finds his character arc in the tag division.

Justin Sysum defeated Nathan Cruz and Joe Hendry.  Great multi-man match with some fun spots.  Sysum was the star of the show as Hendry goes 0-4.

Crater has been unstoppable on Braun Strowman levels and will face two opponents next week to give himself a challenge.

Double Trouble

The semi-finals of the tag tournament both take place next week as Cruz and Adam Maxted take on Grado and Davey Boy Smith Junior while Kip Sabian and Iesty Rees face Stevie Boy and BT Gunn.  The tournament has produced great matches so far and whoever wins will provide a great final.

Women’s Division goes to war

After the chaos of this week, Stu Bennett announced that we would see the FIRST EVER WOS Women’s battle royal.  Champion Kay Lee Ray has a big target on her back as she takes on Viper, Raymond and Priestley with her title on the line.
