With Ciampa moving on from his year-long feud with Johnny Gargano after the Chicago Streetfight at NXT Takeover: Chicago II, his obvious target was the main event itself. And he made true on his challenge, defeating Black for the top prize in NXT. It makes one wonder if Black is set for a rematch feud with Ciampa or will be part of the post SummerSlam Shake Up/call-ups, allowing Gargano to finally defeat his rival and in doing so, capture the NXT Championship.
