ALL US: New Web Series Follows The Ride As ALL IN Comes Together (VIDEO)

Earlier today, Cody Rhodes teased an announcement this evening on his Twitter feed, including a new logo for the American Nightmare. Fans began to wonder what this could be? Was it a new shirt? A new chapter in Cody vs. Kenny?

At exactly 6:05pm, the announcement was that Cody had started his very own YouTube Channel, entitled The Nightmare Family, and he was entering the realm of online web series. It was something Cody had become quite familiar with over the past year, as an active member of The Young BucksBeing The Elite series.

Along with the launch of his channel, was the launch of a new ongoing web series entitled ALL US, featuring Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson), following the three as they begin work on actually putting together the super indie card ALL IN this September 1 in Chicago. The event shocked many in the industry (while simultaneously not surprising another portion) when it sold out the 10,000 seat event in 29 minutes. An impressive feat for a self-run promotion that is being self funded and promoted by three independent wrestlers, featuring wrestlers from multiple promotions, including Ring of Honor, NJPW, NWA, Lucha Underground, and Impact Wrestling.

The near 20-minute first episode is an inside look into the world of Cody, Matt and Nick outside their BTE and wrestling personalities, at the trials, hardships and successes the three have endured and shared while setting up the ambitious super indie event. The candour is honest, slightly nervous, but engaging, as the three’s genuine excitement for what they’ve managed to achieve outshines any doubt or reservations they may have (or have had).

For fans of Being The Elite, this looks to be a wonderful companion piece. For fans of the industry, it looks to be as DIY as it gets at what it takes to put on an event of this magnitude. To keep up to date with ALL US and the journey of the trio of Rhodes, Jackson and Jackson, subscribe to Cody’s new channel on YouTube.
