Three massive heel turns have been teased on WWE Raw ahead of WWE Survivor Series: War Games at the end of the month.
We take a look at these three potential heel turns and weigh up which is the most likely to happen. All three would have major implications for the War Games matches, with some being essential to balance out the heel and face teams.
WWE Survivor Series: War Games streams on Netflix globally and ESPN in the US from San Diego on November 29, 2025.
Jey Uso
Jey Uso and Nikki Bella (more on her in a minute) have spent their lives hearing a phrase that makes twins’ skin crawl. Which one is the evil one?
Currently, neither Jey nor Nikki are evil, but that seems set to change. Jey has been riding high as the undisputed fan favourite on WWE Raw throughout 2025. A Royal Rumble win and a World Heavyweight Championship victory at WrestleMania have been top moments for “Main Event” Jey.
But these moments have paled in comparison to his epic entrances each week. Thousands of fans ‘yeeting’ and kids clamouring to be chosen as the chief yeeter in the stands. The entrance is so popular that it is the only superstar walkout to be consistently ‘run back’ as soon as it ends.
So why would Jey turn heel? Simple. Two months into his World Heavyweight Championship run, Jey dropped the belt back to Gunther. Since then, he’s failed at every opportunity to reclaim the gold. A brief relapse into a tag team act with twin brother Jimmy seemed to kill Jey behind the eyes.

“Little Roman” And The Wiseman
Fellow superstars have started calling him the derogatory nickname “Little Roman” when he shows signs of selfishness and ego. Jey has been unapologetic about looking out for himself. On occasion, he’s even left fellow face superstars to become the victim of beatdowns from “The Vision”.
Jey supported CM Punk on WWE Raw and ended up on the wrong side of a Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Logan Paul attack. This is likely to be the final straw for Jey. Paul Heyman has been trying to bend Jey’s ear and bring him to the dark side.
The old adage is ‘If you can’t beat them, join them. For WWE Survivor Series: War Games, expect Jey to start drinking Heyman’s heel tonic.

Nikki Bella
The women of the WWE roster have been aligning themselves for the past few weeks as we head towards team warfare. But a major heel turn is needed ahead of WWE Survivor Series: War Games to balance the teams.
Current faces Bayley, Lyra Valkyria, Nikki Bella, Stephanie Vaquer, Charlotte, and Alexia Bliss seem on a collision course with Asuka, Kairi Sane, Roxanne Perez, and Raquel Rodriguez that can only end in a War Games match. But hang on. That’s 6v4. War Games matches are 5v5.
Charlotte & Alexia Bliss defend their Women’s Tag Team Championship against The Kabuki Warriors on WWE Raw on November 10.
So someone needs to change allegiance. There’s a chance Becky Lynch and Maxxine Dupri will take up places on the face and heel teams, respectively. Nikki Bella would make a great team captain for the good girls.
Since returning this year, she has settled in nicely to the role of overly supportive, kind veteran looking out for the younger talent. None more so than Stephanie Vaquer. Bella has had her back in her fights with The Judgement Day and ended up being pinned multiple times.
All this means it is only a matter of time before Bella starts to put herself first. Vaquer vs. Bella would make an excellent Women’s World Championship match for the Royal Rumble PLE. But Bella needs to turn on Vaquer before that can happen.
War Games emanates from Bella’s hometown of San Diego, and without a heel turn, she’s likely to miss out on the match.
The motivation is there for Bella. To get back to winning ways, challenge for gold and be seen as more than a former competitor she might need to turn heel.
Bayley
WWE has the chance to do a heel turn unlike any ever seen at War Games. Bayley is currently living in her own little multiverse. One week she’s her hugger persona, the next she’s an obnoxious heel.
This means she can turn heel without actually turning heel. Bayley’s former Damage CTRL stablemates Asuka and Kairi Sane are in a low-ki feud with her at the moment. But there’s been a noticeable lack of phsycality between Bayley and Asuka.
Bayley could turn up in San Diego and simply forget she isn’t still in Damage CTRL. She could enter the wrong cage at the start of the match, believing she is on the heel team with Asuka and Sane. It would unbalance the teams straight away and be one of the most creative and funny heel turns of all time. Watch this space.
