WWE Returns to A&E

STANFORD, Conn. — Beginning Sunday, Feb. 25, WWE and A&E will present new seasons of “WWE Rivals” at 8 ET/PT, followed by “Biography: WWE Legends” at 9 ET/PT.

According to the WWE official website, each series will continue to explore the lives and careers of some of the most beloved and well-known WWE Superstars and give viewers unparalleled access through in-depth interviews and archival footage.

The show will be hosted by former WWE writer and famed actor/producer and avid wrestling fan Freddie Prinze Jr., hosting a roundtable discussion on some of the epic rivalries that built the WWE.

The roundtable will feature some current and former WWE Superstars who discuss the dramatic storylines and unforgettable rivalries that define WWE.

Rivalries that will be featured in the upcoming series include:

  • The Rock vs Triple H
  • John Cena vs. Randy Orton
  • The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels
  • Jake “The Snake” Roberts vs “Macho Man” Randy Savage
  • The Hardy Boyz vs Edge and Christian vs The Dudley Boyz
  • The Miz vs Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson)

Then, immediately following “WWE Rivals” every week, “Biography: WWE Legends” continues to convey the intimate, distinctive stories of the lives and events that molded some of the most beloved WWE Legends.

Biography is a show that WWE uses to highlight the overall career and impact of selected superstars during their careers and their success as a member of the WWE roster.

Superstars that will be highlighted during this season include:

  • Randy Orton
  • Sgt. Slaughter
  • Scott Hall (Razor Ramon)
  • Diamond Dallas Page
  • “British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith
  • Current WWE Champion, Roman Reigns

According to WWE, all series will be available on demand and streamed on the A&E App and aetv.com.
