IMPACT Wrestling presents the final IMPACT Plus event to be branded under the IMPACT Wrestling banner before the rebrand to TNA Wrestling kicks off in the new year. Several big matches will take place during Final Resolution including the IMPACT debut of Zack Sabre Jr. who teams with Josh Alexander to take on the Motor City Machine Guns. The IMPACT Tag Team Titles will also be on the line as Chris Bey and Ace Austin defend their titles against Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers. Trent Seven Arrives in the IMPACT Zone – Offered a TNA Contract
Mike Bailey and Trey Miguel were scheduled to go one-on-one tonight, but Director of Authority Santino Marella made it a tag team match following some actions from the RASCLZ earlier in the night. Mike Bailey’s partner was a mystery until Trent Seven’s music hit, entering the IMPACT Zone for the first time since 2017.
After the match, Scott D’Amore came to the ring and offered Trent a TNA contract, which he signed on the back of Bailey.
Matches for First TNA Taping Announced
IMPACT Wrestling will rebrand back to TNA Wrestling in the new year with the first event, Hard to Kill on January 13th. The following night the first set of TV tapings will occur in the new era. A massive tag team match was announced as Kazuchika Okada will team up with the Motor City Machine Guns to take on Eddie Edwards, Moose, and Brian Myers. A rematch between Josh Alexander and Will Ospreay was also announced.
