Another day, another major announcement coming out of Combat Zone Wrestling. Just yesterday, it was announced that the Tag Titles would be returning soon and tonight, while the world was finishing watching Eddie Kingson defeat the man who inspired him to become a wrestler (Jun Akiyama) at AEW Full Gear, CZW announced another huge name in Japan, KENTA will be entering the Combat Zone on December 18th in Blackwood, NJ.

Casual fans may remember KENTA from his time in WWE where he went by the name of Hideo Itami, but more hardcore fans will know the resume of this international megastar. He has wrestled all over the world and has made a name for himself everywhere he has been. Whether you know him from New Japan, ROH, WWE, AEW, or somewhere else, you have heard the name and know what he is capable of.
What is bringing him to the Combat Zone? What does he have in store for not only the fans but the locker room? Who has he set his sights on? Is it a one-off appearance or will he be sticking around? These are all questions that will be addressed as we get closer to December 18th. CZW has a stacked roster, so the fantasy booking will be fun for the next month. One thing is obvious though. You will not want to be anywhere other than Studio Z that day to witness “The Arrival”. Doors will open at 5 pm with a bell time of 6 pm. More information can be found here.
