The WWE continues to loan out it’s talent to UK indie promotions, with the announcement today from Preston City Wrestling (PCW) that Apollo Crews will be heading to their promotion for one night on February 10th for their event, Road To Glory. The event will stream live on Powerbomb.tv.

Apollo Crews is no stranger to PCW – he wrestled regularly for the English promotion from 2013 to 2015, prior to joining NXT, when he competed as Uhaa Nation. During his time in PCW he faced such UK stars as El Ligero, Doug Williams, and Dave Mastiff, and is a former PCW Heavyweight Champion, holding the title for 105 days.
This isn’t the first time the WWE has loaned it’s Superstars to indie promotions. In the past year, several stars, such as Noam Dar and Kassius Ohno have appeared for ICW in Scotland, while Jack Gallagher and Aleister Black have appeared for PROGRESS. Finn Balor has appeared for Ireland’s OTT, ICW and PROGRESS when he was rehabbing his injury. Stateside, AJ Styles has appeared at NWA Wildside and Cedric Alexander recently wrestled for EVOLVE.
