The total cost of attending WWE WrestleMania Vegas is down a whopping 70% year-on-year, according to Vegas Insider.
WWE WrestleMania 41 hit record ticket prices in 2025. The average cost of two tickets to last year’s show at the Allegiant Stadium was $4,692.98.
But 12 months on, the average price for two tickets has fallen to $1,200. This comes amid a build to WWE WrestleMania 42 that forced the company to offer multiple discount deals. From a 25% winter sale and a cut in Ticketmaster fees to Pat McAfee’s last-minute 25% reduction, WWE tried it all to get people into the stadium.
WWE’s move to employ John Cena as host of WWE WrestleMania 42 was also seen as a knee-jerk reaction to low sales.
Hotels Also Slashes Prices
Bookings and Airbnb have also slashed their prices 38.47%. The average hotel stay has dropped from a 2025 high of $849.20 to $522.56. Accommodation costs were calculated using a combined dataset of 2,071 hotel and Airbnb listings, capturing accommodation prices during the WrestleMania weekend period
Las Vegas casinos have also offered discounted rooms to fans who attend their viewing parties instead of the live stadium show. The Plaza Casino offers fans the chance to attend its poolside WWE WrestleMania 42 viewing party with Rob Van Dam for free and receive a 15% discount on their room.
Total cost of WWE WrestleMania tickets and hotels are down to $1,722.84 from $5,542.18 (-68.91%).

Why Aren’t Tickets Selling
It goes without saying that ticket reductions have come as a result of slow ticket sales. There are multiple reasons for this.
Las Vegas could present part of the problem. Fans may have been put off from attending WWE WrestleMania in the same city two years in a row. Rising ticket prices have also priced many fans out. Las Vegas is also an adult playground designed to offer unrivalled parties.
Palms Casino is offering fans the chance to watch WWE WrestleMania 42 on a giant screen alongside Ric Flair, Saraya, Mick Foley, Matt and Jeff Hardy, Bobby Lashley and many more.
This means many fans are opting to spend one night at a viewing party and the second night of WWE WrestleMania 42 in Allegiant Stadium.
The incredible presence of independent wrestling companies in Las Vegas during WrestleMania Week will also hit sales to the big show. Many fans choose to attend shows by GCW, HOG, CMLL, PROGESS and other organisations instead of the WWE shows. Dream matches, returning legends and insane bouts help bring fans to WrestleMania Week indie shows.
The FIFA World Cup is also experiencing low ticket sales as a result of high prices, extortionate travel costs and a reluctance of fans to travel to the US.
