3 Reasons Why Liv Morgan Should Challenge Stephanie Vaquer at WWE WrestleMania 42

2. Morgan Has Eyed up Vaquer’s Championship Since Her Return

Liv Morgan made a blockbuster return to WWE at Survivor Series: WarGames when she aided Dominik Mysterio in defeating John Cena for the Intercontinental Championship. However, 48 hours later on Raw, Morgan confronted Vaquer backstage and said, “I just wanted to say that I’m back, congratulations by the way…”

Keeping it short and sweet, she walked off with a laugh. It makes sense for Morgan to challenge Vaquer for the Women’s World Championship, considering both women are on Raw and at the top of their division.

Morgan interfered in Vaquer’s latest title defense against Raquel Rodriguez. Furthermore, Rodriguez told Morgan not to get involved, but she did. After Vaquer retained the Women’s World Championship, Morgan laid out Vaquer with Oblivion and hoisted the Women’s World Championship above her head.

The story has been there for months, with Rodriguez coming up short. However, Morgan and Vaquer would be a fresh matchup, with Morgan determined to win the Women’s World Championship again.
