#2. CM Punk
A significant reason for the backlash against Jey Uso’s Royal Rumble win last year was that many expected CM Punk to win. The Second City Saint is nearing the tail end of his illustrious in-ring career, and there won’t be many more chances of adding a Rumble win to his resume.
Despite failing to win the Rumble last year, Punk managed to win the World Heavyweight Championship, and he begins 2026 on a high note as the World Champion. However, this automatically means that the Chicago native won’t be competing in the Men’s 30-man melee this year.
Considering he has some gas left in the tank, Punk is more likely than many of the aforementioned legends to win the Rumble before he hangs up the boots for good.
