As we approach the final episode of NXT for 2025, they plan to close the year out with a bang. This includes a championship match and a concert performance by one of your favorite in-ring performers.
Also, to conclude the year, the NXT Year-End Award winners will be announced, where your favorite wrestlers will be recognized for their hard work over the year.
Here’s what else you can expect for the last NXT episode of the year.

Who’s the Better Man: Ricky Saints or Je’Von Evans
Je’Von Evans and Ricky Saints have been going back and forth regarding who is better and more deserving of opportunities. This will get settled once and for all in this year-end episode of NXT.
Last week, the two had quite an exchange of words. Evans pointed out that he has had matches on RAW, SmackDown, and on Saturday Night Main Event, where it was John Cena’s final show. Evans then made a point by saying,
“And what, now I’m supposed to slow down because you can’t keep up?”
Saints and Evans have both had success in NXT, but who will come out on top of the two?

Will Jacy Jayne have Momentum Heading into New Year’s Evil?
For defending her friend, Kendal Grey, in a verbal battle against Fatal Influence, Wren Sinclair was able to obtain a match against NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne. Kendal Grey will face Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women’s Championship at New Year’s Evil.
Even though the match against Sinclair isn’t a championship match, she needs to get the victory to have momentum going into NXT New Year’s Evil. If Sinclair wins or comes close, that may put her in line for a championship match.
Who do you want to see win the match-up on the final episode of the year?
