A sleigh-load of WWE superstars are eyeing championships on WWE Raw, hinting that many are close to failing 2025 bucket lists.
With just weeks left of the year, the championship chase is on on WWE Raw.

WWE Raw (12/8/25) Match Card
- Rey Mysterio vs. Finn Bálor
- World Tag Team Championship: AJ Styles & Dragon Lee vs. War Raiders
- Lyra Valkyria vs. Roxanne Perez
- Gunter To Appear Ahead of Cena Match
A Vision for Championship Gold
Rey Mysterio faces Finn Bálor as he looks to work out his frustrations with his son on “Dirty Dom’s” Judgement Day buddy. Teaching his son a lesson must have been top of Rey’s 2025 goals. Rey has said he wouldn’t be against taking Dom’s IC Title to school him.
But The Vision has eyes on the Intercontinental Championship held by Dom. Rey slapped Logan Paul last week after he claimed he would retire him.
The War Raiders started 2025 as World Tag Team Champions. They will get a shot to win the titles they lost at WrestleMania back thanks to the good grace of current tag champs AJ Styles and Dragon Lee.
But can Styles and Lee better the finish they employed to defeat New Day last week? It’s arguably one of the most inventive moves seen in 2025.
OH MY GOD????
Was that the greatest Styles Clash EVER?! 😂

Every Woman Wants Gold
The Kabuki Warriors are the current women’s tag champions. Making them the envy of the rest of the WWE Raw roster.
Last week, Charlotte Flair and Alexia Bliss battled Rhea Ripley and IYO Sky in an unofficial No. 1 contenders match. The champs ruined that contest, drawing out fellow wannabe contenders Bayley & Lyra Valkyria and The Judgement Day.
With Liv Morgan back and seemingly in support of Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez going after the Kabuki Warriors’ gold it’s hard not to see them as favourites.
Valkyria and Perez face each other this week to give everyone else another chance to seek dominance.
Liv seems to have her eyes on the World Championship, which is currently on Stephanie Vaquer’s shoulder. WWE Raw GM Adam Pearce has promised to decide Vaquer’s next challenger this week.
Meanwhile, Ivy Nile is set to face Maxxine Dupri for the Intercontinental Championship.
